Modern Britain has many ties of cultures and traditions around the world. They are rooted predominantly in the imperial past, where India was one of the largest colonies of the British empire and had been deeply intertwined with the political and economic prosperities for hundreds of years.
The project is a reflective juxtaposition of past and present drawn upon the line of the historical reality that tells the story of the South-Asian ethnicity in the United Kingdom.

It is presented as a personal journal, and the blue layer on the archival images depicts the historic Indigo Revolt in British India.
